Contractor Positions:

Position Title: Senior Trainer/Facilitator/Consultant

Senior Training Consultant with responsibility for training, facilitation and consulting. The successful candidate will deliver training and consulting services to assigned client groups. Training experience in a government atmosphere along with a proven track record required. Washington, DC metropolitan area location. Frequent travel is required to other locations within the United States. This contractor position has the potential to become a full-time, home-based office, Senior Training Consultant position with CI.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience conducting training such as leadership, change management, performance management, conflict resolution, supervisory development, communications and teambuilding
• Experience providing facilitation of large and small groups
• Experience providing consultative facilitation of large and small groups
• Experience providing consulting support to include planning and goal setting, strategic planning, and process improvement
• Understanding of training methodologies and techniques, as well as adult learning principles and practices.
• Highly experienced in facilitating/delivering experiential training programs in a high performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism; proven experience in building customer relationships
• Track record of delivering measurable results in a training environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
