Studies have found that 99% of coaching recipients were satisfied with their experience, but coaching doesn’t just produce positive feelings, it gets tangible results. A study by the International Coaching Federation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP found the median ROI from coaching was a sevenfold return with 28% of respondents saying they had seen a return of 10 to 49 times and 19% reporting their ROI was fiftyfold or more.
Another study by Metrix global, which focused on leadership development coaching, asked executives to rate the impact of their coaching experience on nine business measures. 77% of respondents reported that coaching had a significant or very significant positive impact on one or more of the measures. A fifth of respondents said they had seen financial benefits from increased work output alone. The study also determined that the ROI from coaching for the study group was 529%.

This targeted, confidential, personal assessment is a valuable starting point for growth, providing feedback from multiple perspectives—bosses, peers, direct reports, and others—and serves as both a catalyst and a map for change.
