Melissa Wallace comes to us from the health care sector, having served in human resources at Life Care centers of America. Prior to that she coordinated care for hundreds of seniors and caregivers at Home Instead Senior Care, and now uses her scheduling savvy, excellent communication and project management skills to keep our executive coaching activities on a smooth track.
She says the best part about her job is the “incredible” CI team, and the best advice she’s received is, “Practice Servant Leadership. In life and work, never believe you are above any task.” Ms. Wallace earned her B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters at William Jewell College in Missouri.
Changing Childrens’ Lives
Melissa is a foster parent, and is a firm believer in the ability of fostering to make profound change in the lives of children. “As a foster parent, I care very deeply about the foster care system and the children and families within it. Making a difference in the life of a child is so easy and so needed. Every child deserves to feel what it is like to have a family.”
