She specializes in projects related to organizational improvement and complex change initiatives, such as agency-wide culture change, talent management, organizational development, strategic human capital planning, employee engagement, and competency-based leadership development programs.
Terri earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Marymount University. She is also certified in Instructional Design and Emotional Intelligence. Terri takes an eclectic and independent approach to learning. “I think taking lessons from many genres such as biographies, leadership, self-help, even fiction, and reflecting on what’s relevant and meaningful to your situation is a better approach than following one book or thought leader,” she says.
