Mrs. Alvarado graduated from West High School and pursued additional education in accounting and administration. She is strongly driven and known for her attention to detail, adaptability, effective communication, and teamwork.

Resilience and Action

Mrs. Alvarado cites David Pelzer’s bestselling book about his journey to overcome childhood abuse, A Child Called ‘It’, as having a profound effect on her, calling it “The best book I have ever read.” She says the best piece of advice she ever received is, "If you want a better life then you need to make that change."

The best part of working at CI International, she says, is knowing she is a needed part of the team. “Being a mother of teenagers,” she says, “I don't always feel needed. So, it is nice when I can be helpful.”
